  • How long will my diffuser last?
    Each 200ml diffuser offers up to 4 months of continuous fragrance, depending on room temperature and air flow.

    How do I use my reed diffuser properly?
    To get the best scent performance:

    • Insert all 8 fibre reeds into the diffuser bottle

    • Let them soak for 24 hours, then flip them

    • Flip reeds every 4–5 days to refresh the fragrance

    • For a lighter scent, simply remove a few reeds

    Where should I place it?
    For best results, place your diffuser:

    • In a well-ventilated room

    • Away from direct heat sources (like radiators or sunny windowsills)

    • Not on painted, polished, or plastic surfaces, as the base oil may cause damage if spilled

    What are the reeds made of?
    We use high-performance fibre reeds, which are more effective than traditional rattan. They offer a consistent and long-lasting scent throw without clogging or drying out.

    What if the scent is too strong?
    You can control the intensity of your diffuser by adjusting the number of reeds. Remove 1–2 reeds to soften the scent.

    Are your diffusers safe and eco-conscious?
    Yes. Our formula is:

    • Alcohol-free

    • Made with non-hazardous diffuser base oil

    • Hand-poured in the UK in small batches
      We also use recyclable packaging and avoid harsh chemicals.

    Can I reuse the bottle?
    Absolutely. Once finished, your glass bottle can be washed and repurposed, for bud vases, makeup brushes, or another diffuser refill.
