A:We use a natural soy & coconut wax for our scented candles, it’s clean-burning, vegan-friendly, and biodegradable. No palm oil. Just a beautiful, long-lasting burn that doesn’t pollute your space.Q: Are your candles safe to burn around pets and children?
A: Yes, when used responsibly. Our scents are created using essential oils and high-quality fragrance oils, which are Paraben & phthalate-free. Always keep candles out of reach and never leave them unattended. Clean ingredients, but common sense still applies.Q: How long do your candles burn for?
A: Depending of size, our candles offer approx 50–80 hours of burn time when cared for properly. Trim your wick, burn for 4+ hours at a time, and keep away from drafts to get the most out of every pour.Q: Why is my candle tunnelling or not burning evenly?
A: It’s likely a wick or burn time issue. The first burn is the most important, make sure you allow the wax pool to reach the edges. We include a care card with every candle for this reason. You’re not alone, and it’s fixable.Q: Can I reuse the candle jar once it’s finished?
A: Yes, and we encourage it. Our vessels are chosen not just for beauty but sustainability. Once your candle is finished, simply clean out the wax and reuse the jar for storing cotton pads, hair ties, makeup brushes, or even as a mini plant pot.
